On April 16th, Hopkinton Town Manager, Norman Khumalo worked his final Hopkinton Select Board meeting. After 15 years as Town Manager, Norman stepped down to pursue other ventures.

In the segment below, current Select Board members and former Select Board member, Brendan Tedstone paid tribute and thanks to the many invaluable contributions Norman has made to the community during his tenure and the speech from Norman to the Hopkinton community.

On the April 24th edition of HCAM News at 6:30pm, the latest Hiller Sports report and we talk with Jhanvi Puri of the Hopkinton Freedom Team plus much more, but first Town Manager, Norman Khumalo was thanked for his service to the town by the Select Board. Right now, an extended look at the recognition for Norman’s tremendous work for the Hopkinton community and the full speech from Norman Khumalo as he departs his Town Manager role after 15 years of service.

The event will feature poetry, musicians and more from artists of multiple background to promote social justice and equity.

In this Hopkinton Hillers Sports update, it was a thriller of an April vacation for Hiller spring sports! Derek Hatherley pitched a complete game to help Hiller baseball defeat North Attleboro, Boys Lacrosse picked up a huge win vs Algonquin and Girls Lacrosse battled Ashland and Algonquin.
